JLV-Solutions grants you a non-exclusive license to use the extensions and any other type of software sold through our web site (the "products") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Products Licensing & Usage
Our products are licensed under the GPL general public license version 3 (please see http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html for details). After you purchase and/or download any of our products, you are authorized to modify them in any way that fits your purposes. Our products can be used for personal or commercial purposes on unlimited personal or commercial websites and on unlimited web domains.
You cannot however redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license or offer our products to any third party as if they were your own creation. This includes uploading our products to another website, marketplace or media-sharing tool, and offering our resources as a separate attachment from any of your work.
GPL compliant: All Joomla! code portions of our products are licensed under the appropriate parent GPL license. The other visual design and non-compiled portions including images, cascading style sheets and JavaScript of our products are under JLV-Solutions Copyright. "Free" products are released under either GPL and/or MIT licenses.
2. Payment & Download Access
After we have succesfully received your payment, you will receive an e-mail containing the download links for your products. This process is almost instantaneous after your purchase is completed and approved by the merchant (PayPal). On rare occasions this process may take up to 1 hour but it usually happens within seconds. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us at support@jlv-solutions.com.
3. Updates
Our products are designed to be compatible with the latest available stable version of Joomla! but we can offer no guarantee that older products will run with future versions of Joomla!. We are however committed to doing our best to make all our products compatible with future stable releases of Joomla! as quickly as technically possible.
4. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of JLV-Solutions.
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
All copyright and other notices must be maintained within the source code. However, you can remove or modify any such notices from the front-end pages of our products, if needed.
5. Refund Policy
Since JLV-Solutions is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after the individual product purchase is made and after it has been downloaded from our store. After the customer already has a copy of the product, we can't offer a refund or exchange for an unreturnable product such as a digital downloadable product.
We will issue a refund only if the customer has not downloaded the product from our store by the time we receive the refund request, according to our backend statistics. In this case, accepting the refund request will also require for us to delete that specific order from our store, an action that will also deactivate all download links associated with it.
6. Support & Warranty
Any product downloaded from JLV-Solutions, either free or payed, will provide instant access to our support system at support@jlv-solutions.com.
Support is provided at no additional cost, for any questions one might have while setting up the products downloaded from our store and for making sure the products function as advertised in the demo. The support team can only answer questions related to our products and their features. The support team cannot help you with any customizations that might require adding or modifying custom HTML, CSS, PHP or JavaScript code.
The support service is NOT unlimited or unconditioned and is NOT included in the price of our products. Our team reserves the right to block a persons's access to our support system (regardless if that user downloaded a free or payed product from our store) if that person uses an offensive tone or is flooding our support system with questions that are not properly structured.
We only offer English and French based support.
JLV-Solutions offers the products “as is”, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or along with any other 3rd party software. If you encounter any product bugs or issues resulting from using our products along with 3rd party software, either separate or in part, JLV-Solutions cannot be considered responsible and as a result will reserve the right not to offer support or assistance. We offer support for the integration of third-party software only when a that software may be required by some of our products to function as advertised in our on-site demos.
We don't offer support for installation, customization or administration of Joomla! itself.
While using HTML5 and CSS3, our products will work with all the major browsers, ensuring they function properly for the majority of desktop and mobile users. However, we do not support Internet Explorer 6 or 7 or old mobile devices.
7. Price Changes
JLV-Solutions reserves the right at any time to modify the prices of all products, with or without notice.
